All payments, including the setup fee and subscription charges, are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your store will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you're on a yearly plan and cancel early, no partial refunds are issued. Should you wish to reactivate after cancellation, a new setup fee may apply.
