Once you provide your products, content, and branding, our team takes care of the rest. Most stores go live within a few business days depending on your plan.
Not at all. We handle the entire setup for you. You just provide your products, branding, and content — no coding or technical knowledge required.
You'll need to share your logo, brand colors, product information (names, descriptions, images, prices), and any other content you'd like on the store. We handle everything from there.

We offer four monthly plans: Starter ($149/mo), Growth ($199/mo), Pro ($249/mo), and Scale ($399/mo). Each plan also has a one-time setup fee.
The setup fee covers the full build of your online store — including design, configuration, product data entry, and launch. It's a one-time charge at the start.
Yes. Choosing an annual plan gives you two months free compared to paying monthly.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time to unlock more features, higher order capacity, and additional services. Just contact our team and we'll handle the switch.
No. All plans come with zero transaction fees on orders.
You can pay via Whish Money or credit card. More payment options are coming soon.
After the one-time setup fee, you're billed monthly (or annually if on a yearly plan). All fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
You can cancel at any time. Your store stays active until the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and subscription charges are non-refundable. If you cancel a yearly plan early, no partial refund is issued. Reactivating after cancellation may require a new setup fee.

Credit card payment is available from the Growth plan and above.
Dual currency support is available on the Growth plan and above.
Starter supports up to 100 orders/month, Growth up to 300, Pro up to 600, and Scale up to 1,000.
Yes. All stores are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Yes. All stores come with a WhatsApp chat widget. WhatsApp order notifications are available from the Growth plan and above, and full WhatsApp support is included in the Scale plan.
Setup & Data Entry:

Yes. Each plan includes a data entry allowance: 50 products on Starter, 200 on Growth, 600 on Pro, and 1,500 on Scale. Additional product uploads are available as add-ons.
Starter supports up to 8 categories, Growth up to 20, and Pro and Scale support unlimited categories.
Yes. All plans include support for a custom domain. You can bring your existing domain or we can help you get one.
Yes. Every store includes a free SSL certificate for secure browsing and checkout.
Maintenance & Support:

Yes. All stores include daily backups to protect your data.
Your store runs on a blazing fast server with CDN and website caching, ensuring quick load times globally.
Starter includes 1 hour, Growth 2 hours, Pro 3 hours, and Scale 4 hours of website edits per month. Additional hours are available via Care Packs.
Care Packs are add-on bundles of extra maintenance/edit hours: 1, 3, 5, or 10 hours. Perfect when you need more updates in a given month.
All plans include email support. The Scale plan includes priority WhatsApp support. You can also reach our team by phone or WhatsApp for any questions.
Add-Ons & Advanced Features:

Security & Ownership:

You do. Your store runs under your own branding and domain, and all your data belongs to you.
Yes. Every store is protected with industry-standard security protocols across checkout, the admin panel, and all customer data.
Your store remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be taken offline. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.
